Sweetmeat Bakehouse is not just a name that entices your curiosity, it tells a story of the love and passion poured into each cake. The term "sweetmeat" translates to a delicacy prepared with sugar, and the term "bakehouse" is exactly what you would envision, a work place where baked goods are made.

On my journey to learn about my love for baking, it was discovered that my paternal grandfather was a certified baker, and my maternal grandmother a home baker. With that said, our bakehouse serves a replica of desserts similar to what you would find at your grandparents home. Most importantly, our custom cakes are a direct reflection of my lineage and my legacy.
