Customers are allowed to provide picture images for inspiration; however, we can not duplicate someone else's work. 

Our bakehouse  accepts limited weekday orders that must be approved (within ordering guidelines) prior to the event.  Additionally, our bakehouse is closed on Sunday without exception. 

Our bakehouse retains the right to refuse cake designs featuring dark hues.  Please note that edible colors that are darker in hue can taste bitter,  in addition to staining teeth and hands. 

Our Bakehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs to a cake after pickup; refunds for such damages will not be rendered. 

Refunds are available for specialty cakes and/or wedding cakes canceled in a timely manner. Please note that the customer will incur an inconvenience charge of thirty percent of the total cost of the cake.

Please also note that the refund can take 3-5 business days to process. 

Delivery services are not a standard for all cake orders, and can be refused upon request.  

Customers eligible for a seventy percent refund can opt to reschedule their order for a different occasion and apply those funds towards the new order, instead of losing thirty percent of their refund.
